Job Summary

A company that provides financial services is in need of a Telecommuting Bookkeeper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, modifying, and updating vendor contracts
  • Reviewing, approving, and paying vendor bills
  • Ensuring vendors provide their W-9 prior to issuing their first payment

Qualifications Include:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience working as a bookkeeper
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and using cloud-based applications
  • Ability to follow written instructions and offer recommendations for improvement
  • Fluent North American English-speaking skills
