Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Business Analyst Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conduct business process analysis to identify key business needs, issues and/or gaps
  • Provide guidelines to develop test case scenarios
  • Provide timely written and/or verbal communications regarding process progress

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
  • 4 years of experience in business analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and/or evaluation of business processes
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs
  • 4 or more years of experience with operations and technologies supporting health plan, provider enrollment, eligibility and reporting
  • Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
