Job Summary

A business management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Business Management Client Services Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring client success meetings to ensure ongoing schedule
  • Ensuring appropriate metrics, controls and procedures are in place to properly administer all products and services
  • Providing management support across client lines for vacations, travel, out of office, or overflow needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness and ability to travel when required (up to 30%, both international and domestic, valid passport required), as well as, attend company outings
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years' of Senior level Account, Project and/or Program Manager experience in High Tech/Consulting/Industry Association environment a must
  • Experience working with industry associations in a leadership capacity
  • Experience working in a professional services organization
