Job Summary
A virtual contact center technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Call Center Program Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking and completing agent offboards
- Assisting with agent onboarding as needed
- Queuing up weekly schedules by program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work variable hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- Superior math and analytical aptitude, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong process management abilities
- Proven experience with reporting and data analysis
