Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Cisco Wireless Architect in Frisco.
Must be able to:
- Review and recommend a highly available and secure network architecture
- Integrate with existing WLAN architecture, centralized intelligent devices and access points
- Designate how data is forwarded for different applications and types of traffic
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience and a 10 years experience in network engineering
- 8 years experience in the field of wireless engineering
- 3 years experience as a wireless network architect
- Expert level experience with Cisco wireless APs, controllers, and other Cisco related wireless technology
