Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommuting Client Banking Services Partner V.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation
  • Ensuring quality delivery of products and services for their assigned clients
  • Ensuring full utilization of our solutions for maximum benefit

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 20% - 30% travel
  • Five or more years' experience in the banking (or related) industry
  • Five or more years' experience in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree; or 5+ years of work experience with emphasis on banking/financial technology or the financial industry
  • Solid administrative skills, such as planning, organizing, and time management
  • Requires management and leadership skills with the ability to operate at an executive and tactical level
