An educational facility is seeking a Telecommuting Client Success Advocate in Boise.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the onboarding and off-boarding of new clients and participating in the development of those processes
  • Providing excellent program-related customer support via email, phone, and social media
  • Making recommendations for program improvement in all areas of the program

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successful project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and computer aptitude using multiple systems
