Job Summary

A digital marketing platform is filling a position for a Telecommuting Client Support Specialist in Philadelphia.

Must be able to:

  • Work with setting up new customers, user training, monthly audits, phone, email, and live chat support
  • Debug complex customer issues
  • Be responsible for a portfolio of clients and handle their support at the property level

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
