Job Summary
A digital marketing platform is filling a position for a Telecommuting Client Support Specialist in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Work with setting up new customers, user training, monthly audits, phone, email, and live chat support
- Debug complex customer issues
- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients and handle their support at the property level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be extremely comfortable talking to customers
- Must be a quick learner and someone who is able to learn on their own
- Knowledge of CRM software
- 1-3 years customer support experience
