Job Summary

A healthcare and health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Clinical Care Coordinator in the Federal Way Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Keeping member actively engaged with their primary physician
• Supporting the member to ensure pick
• Helping to keep members compliant with their care plans

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel locally within the county up to 40% of the time
• High School Diploma / GED or higher and LPN license in the State of Washington OR Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Must reside within 30 miles of Federal Way, WA
• Must have resided within the local community for 1 years
• Ability to create, copy, edit, send, and save in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
