Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Telecommuting Clinical Service Desk Team Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing level 1 technical and electronic medical record navigation support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting and researching problems
  • Answering calls within an expected time frame, providing exceptional customer service to users
  • Creating, documenting and taking ownership of issues using our ticketing system and provide follow-up when needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
  • 2 Years Professional experience
  • 1 Year of IT experience or equivalent Computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and Self-motivated
  • Multi-tasking ability
