Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Clinical Study Manager I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
  • Reviewing draft protocol and coordinating operations in order to meet protocol requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to create study specific procedures and forms as per guidelines

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience as a Study Manager, Study Coordinator or Project Manager within the industry
  • Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
