A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting Clinical Study Manager I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Reviewing draft protocol and coordinating operations in order to meet protocol requirements
- Collaborating with other departments to create study specific procedures and forms as per guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Study Manager, Study Coordinator or Project Manager within the industry
- Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
