Job Summary
A university is in need of a Telecommuting Conflict Resolution Management Instructor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Grading papers
- Leading discussions
- Addressing student questions and concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- PhD degree in Health Administration or a related field or JD with experience in negotiation and arbitration
- Competence to teach master’s degree courses including: Foundations of Conflict Resolution Management, Mediation and Arbitration, and Negotiation Strategies
- Prior college level teaching experience with the adult learner or military student population
- Ability to engage students effectively through excellent written communication skills
- Student support and academic coaching that yields performance improvement
