Job Summary
An investment management company is seeking a Telecommuting Construction Projects Senior Sourcing Manager in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enhancing, leading and executing supplier performance management program
- Leading the annual sourcing planning process for Project Management
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives to contribute to operational cost saving measures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 5-7 years-strategic sourcing experience; ideally in construction and/or capital projects
- Deep knowledge of Construction and Capital Projects
- Outsourcing/consulting experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment with an ability to deliver results in evolving environments
- Superior vendor contract management, financial skills and budget experience
