Job Summary

A company that provides software support is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Contracts Manager.

Must be able to:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts with the company’s clients and partners
• Escalate issues for review by internal legal counsel in accordance with established Legal department guidance
• Successfully close transactions in a manner consistent with company’s policies and best interests

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a contracts negotiator, as a Contracts Manager or in an equivalent role,
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically to negotiate complicated legal, financial, payment and other contractual terms
• Ability to interface professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel internally and externally
