Job Summary

A company that develops material control applications is in need of a Telecommuting Corporate Attorney in Birmingham.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing contract requests and proposals for comparison to company strategies and budgets
  • Coordinating relevant stakeholders in discussions involving legal, insurance, or regulatory requirements and contract deliverables
  • Providing contract requirements by gathering data from various sources

Required Skills:

  • BSc Degree in Law or J.D. Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience to include knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, principles, and guidelines
  • Ability to perform contract review and analysis in order to make recommendations
  • Ability to thrive independently
