Job Summary

A corporate travel company is seeking a Telecommuting Corporate Travel Executive Assistant in Long Island.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing correspondence and other materials for CEO
  • Booking travel, both domestic and international, for the CEO and family
  • Managing personal financial accounts and obligations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be available to meet with Co-CEO at a home office on a regular basis and travel on business as needed
  • Significant first-hand experience booking complex travel using a variety of currencies
  • 10+ years supporting a C-level executive of a medium to large company
  • Detailed planner with the ability to structure large and multifaceted workload in a manageable manner
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of confidentiality and remain positive under extreme pressure
