Job Summary
A corporate travel company is seeking a Telecommuting Corporate Travel Executive Assistant in Long Island.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing correspondence and other materials for CEO
- Booking travel, both domestic and international, for the CEO and family
- Managing personal financial accounts and obligations
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be available to meet with Co-CEO at a home office on a regular basis and travel on business as needed
- Significant first-hand experience booking complex travel using a variety of currencies
- 10+ years supporting a C-level executive of a medium to large company
- Detailed planner with the ability to structure large and multifaceted workload in a manageable manner
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of confidentiality and remain positive under extreme pressure
