Job Summary

An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Customer Account Manager in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets within your territory, selling into K-12 schools and districts and higher education institutions
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring the success of digital and other marketing initiatives
  • Collecting and synthesizing customer feedback to monitor customer engagement and feed into product development

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to meet with customers and deliver on-site training
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a math/STEM/education major
  • 4+ years of middle or high school teaching and/or administrative experience, with a background in mathematics or STEM
  • Highly adept with technology, and quick to learn new technologies and apply solutions
