Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Care Technical Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing system installations, integrations, and upgrades for customers
  • Performing systems training for customers and internal teams
  • Providing systems and technical support to customers and all internal teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel up to 30%
  • 3+ years of combined work experience required in systems administration, network engineering and IT support
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in the related field
  • Server hardware installation, configuration and support skills required
  • Linux system installation, system administration, and system support skills required
  • Working knowledge of network integration and support and SQL
  • Windows server and Windows desktop installation and administration experience required
