Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Care Technical Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing system installations, integrations, and upgrades for customers
- Performing systems training for customers and internal teams
- Providing systems and technical support to customers and all internal teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to travel up to 30%
- 3+ years of combined work experience required in systems administration, network engineering and IT support
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in the related field
- Server hardware installation, configuration and support skills required
- Linux system installation, system administration, and system support skills required
- Working knowledge of network integration and support and SQL
- Windows server and Windows desktop installation and administration experience required
