Job Summary

Telemarketing service has an open position for a Telecommuting Customer Experience Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging clients existing customers via telephone
  • Conducting a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend an in-person 4.5 hour training session in Tampa, Florida
  • Friendly people with pleasant phone voice
  • Responsible attitude
  • Type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone
  • Work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
