Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Customer Service Representative in the Knoxville Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing customer and carrier requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify and execute upon opportunities to cross sell additional products
  • Receiving & placing phone calls from/to both customers and carriers

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills including proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • HS Diploma or GED Required
  • Must be able to operate a PC, other relevant office tools/equipment
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills
