Job Summary

A technology provider is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Service Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Administering performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities
  • Performing quality checks, develop and review performance reports
  • Administering the policies of the company and ensuring customer service is provided by associates that it will meet expectations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10% Travel Required
  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques and standards
  • Strong familiarity with call center management hardware/software
