Job Summary
An online learning company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with assigned clients
- Developing and nurturing clients for greater advocacy and reference-ability
- Building systems and adopt technologies to effectively manage and optimize a growing client base
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a customer success, account management or strategic consulting department
- Strong technical understanding and background in systems integrations as plus
- Background in online learning and learning business management
- Comfortable with web-based software and able to garner a deep understanding of the technology
- Proven ability to develop and provide solutions for complex requests
- Excellent communication skills
