Job Summary

A software technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serving as a customer advocate capturing customer's feedback
  • Promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of critical business issues and needs
  • Defining the stages and key measures for optimal customer success

Qualifications Include:

  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time
  • At least 2 years of experience at a multinational consulting firm
  • BA/BS degree required at Top-tier University (graduated at top 10%)
  • Minimum of 5 years customer facing role
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about blockchain technology
