Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success Manager in the Midwest Region.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being accountable as single point of contact and escalation
- Assisting customers to seek out opportunities to expand their usage and adoption of their IWCS solutions
- Developing and executing regular Strategic Customer Success Plans in partnership with your assigned accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in project management, requirements definition and/ or deployment of business requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the Healthcare Industry
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective escalation management skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities to breakdown complex technical tasks and projects into executable and measurable steps
