Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success SaaS Account Manager in Dallas.

Must be able to:

  • Train and mentor new Customer Success Specialists to ensure success
  • Answer incoming email and phone support requests
  • Provide timely on-boarding and training of new customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel a limited amount of the time - up to 10% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years' experience with SaaS support
  • Experience working with MS Excel
  • Comfortable learning new software systems using self-guided processes
