Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success SaaS Account Manager in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Train and mentor new Customer Success Specialists to ensure success
- Answer incoming email and phone support requests
- Provide timely on-boarding and training of new customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel a limited amount of the time - up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years' experience with SaaS support
- Experience working with MS Excel
- Comfortable learning new software systems using self-guided processes
