Job Summary
A graphic design service is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Team Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving client concerns using Values as the guide
- Following Customer Success SOP’s
- Communicating with Production Team regarding client concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Team retreats and events
- Enthusiasm for helping Clients, especially when it is a difficult situation
- Sense of humor
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients
