Job Summary

A graphic design service is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Success Team Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving client concerns using Values as the guide
  • Following Customer Success SOP’s
  • Communicating with Production Team regarding client concerns

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Team retreats and events
  • Enthusiasm for helping Clients, especially when it is a difficult situation
  • Sense of humor
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients
  • Comfort in having difficult conversations with clients
  • Ability to do research, make judgments based on the evidence
