Job Summary

An electronics company is seeking a Telecommuting Customer Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Training new employees on systems and process management
  • Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Providing project management for assigned clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-year degree or high school graduate with equivalent related experience
  • 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience
  • Experience providing dedicated account management to highly complex Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Strong Business background
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Ability to identify the root cause of issues and recommend solutions
