Job Summary

A government consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommuting Data Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating conceptual, logical data model, data flows, and data management specifications
  • Promoting data modeling standardization, defining and driving adoption of the standards
  • Establishing governance processes around metadata

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8 years with ERWIN data modeling tool
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expert knowledge in the design of transactional and dimensional business intelligence data stores
  • Experience in design of Big Data Environments
  • Expert knowledge in the creation of physical, conceptual and logical data models
