Job Summary

A non profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Development Vice President in Fort Worth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying, recruiting, orienting, engaging and developing campaign chairs and committee members
  • Driving the engagement of the top companies through both volunteer leadership engagement
  • Increasing overall market revenue by implementing best practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, etc., as required
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Must have at least 7-years of experience in soliciting corporate sponsorships and partnership or in a non-profit organization
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, organize, train, manage and utilize staff and volunteers effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to productively participate in a multi-disciplinary team environment
