Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting DevOps Technical Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engageing with Director and C-Level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans
- Solving technical issues
- Advocating for Enterprise customers
Required Skills:
- Travel up to 25%
- Exposure to Docker and MicroServices
- 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications
- Experience managing large scale environments including escalations, incident, problem, and service availability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Exposure to Kubernetes
