Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting DevOps Technical Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engageing with Director and C-Level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans
  • Solving technical issues
  • Advocating for Enterprise customers

Required Skills:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Exposure to Docker and MicroServices
  • 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications
  • Experience managing large scale environments including escalations, incident, problem, and service availability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Exposure to Kubernetes
