Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting DoD Secret clearance Level UNIX Supervisor in Hillsboro.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing guidelines for employees to balance project versus break-fix workload
  • Supervising a team consisting of 10-12 UNIX engineers
  • Providing feedback to management regarding employee performance evaluations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of career experience in Unix administration
  • Experience with creation and management of Solaris Containers
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education)
  • DoDI 8570.01-M IASAE Level I certification and corresponding Computing Environment certification
  • Security+ CE; Continuing Education Certificate
  • Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
