Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Engagement Manager in Manhattan Beach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in sales cycles when requested by account team to gather requirements
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service resources working on their engagements
  • Providing Time, Scope Budget, Risk/Issue & Quality Management

Required Skills:

  • Travel ~30%
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional or media design, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience with scope management and risk mitigation, including management of statements of work and change orders
  • Experience with various software lifecycle methodologies, especially agile
  • Experience with various requirements elicitation technique
  • Experience with testing approaches for quality assurance
