Job Summary

An electronics company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Engineering Growth Director.

Must be able to:

• Act independently to determine new methods and procedures related to the development and promotion of engineering services
• Help develop and execute on a robust pipeline of partnership and acquisition candidates
• Build effective management operating systems with partnership companies

Qualifications Include:

• 25% Travel required
• Knowledge of Aerospace Design processes such as DO-160, DO-254, etc
• Background in evaluating and qualifying key strategic engineering service suppliers/partners
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience in Aerospace Avionics organization
• Minimum of 10 years of experience building & leading integrated teams from various internal and external organizations
