Job Summary
A behavioral health company is seeking a Telecommuting Enterprise Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining overall customer satisfaction and account financial profitability
- Developing and implementing an internal and external customer business plan
- Monitoring the performance and results of key service areas
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ten years of account management services experience or its equivalent
- Ability to lead meetings, coordinate meetings and presentations, and interface with stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to coordinate account efforts with others at various levels
- EAP, Health Insurance and Health management industry knowledge
