Job Summary

An employee engagement platform provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering quarterly business reviews
  • Monitoring customer health, identifying risk, developing success plans, and delivering recommendations
  • Analyzing customer's survey results regularly

Qualifications Include:

  • Potentially travel to meet with customers on a quarterly basis, or as required
  • Must have knowledge of the HR, Organizational Development, and/or Employee Engagement industry
  • Must have 5+ years experience working in the Employee Engagement, HR Survey or Organizational Development Industry
  • Demonstrated technical problem solving abilities
