A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Enterprise SFDC Administrator in Wilmington.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on best practices and industry/functional trends
  • Customizing and maintaining Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
  • Developing, implementing, administering and maintaining the business salesforce.com CRM System

Qualifications Include:

  • Some travel required
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in analysis of business process, workflow, modeling, and data management capabilities
  • Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and solution identification with diverse technical abilities
  • Familiarity with document management systems, business process management systems and workflow
