Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Entry Level Support Center Representative in Rockville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing navigation and procedural support to the general public
  • Logging cases in CRM application and ensure resolution within the allotted time frame
  • Processing Media Source orders for internal and external customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Work from home twice a week
  • 1-2 Years of customer service or work experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled and within one year of obtaining
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
