Job Summary

A non-profit educational company is seeking a Telecommuting Event Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all aspects of events including scheduling of events, logistics, and space needs
  • Coordinating and following through on any research needs associated with event planning
  • Coordinating the printing of all materials including custom name tags and name plate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to event management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in common desktop applications (web browsing, Google Apps, etc)
  • Strong general management, problem-solving, organizational, and decision making skills
