Job Summary

A marketing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Executive Assistant in Santa Monica.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Helping coordinate work of other employees and consultants
  • Managing competing priorities on national and international projects
  • Maintaining detailed Exec calendar of appointments and due dates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely most of the time with bi-weekly meetings in Santa Monica
  • Ability to do independent research including of governmental and foundation databases
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as assistant to C-level Executive
  • Experienced in Quickbooks; light bookkeeping required
  • Tech savvy: Proficient in all MS Office products and Apple/Mac
