Job Summary
A marketing company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Executive Assistant in Santa Monica.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping coordinate work of other employees and consultants
- Managing competing priorities on national and international projects
- Maintaining detailed Exec calendar of appointments and due dates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely most of the time with bi-weekly meetings in Santa Monica
- Ability to do independent research including of governmental and foundation databases
- Minimum 2 years' experience as assistant to C-level Executive
- Experienced in Quickbooks; light bookkeeping required
- Tech savvy: Proficient in all MS Office products and Apple/Mac
