Job Summary
A cloud computing company has an open position for a Telecommuting Expert Services Insights Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of developers and other company team members and client personnel to achieve customer goals
- Generating requirements documentation for custom integrations
- Auditing, advising and counseling customers on optimized/high performing IT infrastructure and operations workflow
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 40% travel to client locations
- Comfortable presenting your findings and recommendations to others
- 10+ years hands on technical background with a primary emphasis on IT Operations / Professional Services delivery
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous customer engagements and to manage multiple projects within those engagements
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
