Job Summary

A real estate service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Sourcing Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for developing, and executing sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives
  • Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio
  • Interface with the client and the account team to understand and clarify service delivery requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience supporting facilities services outsourcing, including critical environments and data centers, through procuring goods and services
  • Experience preparing and managing the RFP Process and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers, for both goods and services
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to work within teams in a decentralized environment
  • Experience in Facility Operations support and workflows
  • Expertise in Sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change
