Job Summary
A computer support company is in need of a Telecommuting Facility Management Analyst in Tracy.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing facility and material support in the operation, maintenance, and inventory of buildings, warehouses, and equipment
- Using expertise in maintaining and reviewing data within Enterprise Business System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willing to visit the customer site as needed
- Full understanding and able to demonstrate working knowledge of real property, facility management and facility support
- 5-10 years of experience as senior manager or technical advisor in the field of operation,etc
- Knowledgeable in management procedures for administrative, distribution, warehouse, industrial plants, and petroleum facilities
- Experience in providing quality service and support for the task areas specified
- Familiar with all DLA, DoD, and MILDEP Real Property policies and procedures
