Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Field Medical Affairs Training Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Create, deliver and coordinate new hire onboarding training, advanced training, and ongoing skills training
- Organize and delegate the implementation of programs, processes, and improvements
- Serve as a leader and facilitator for training provided at live and virtual meetings, as well as converting existing content into digital formats
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Approximately 20% travel required
- PharmD/MD/PhD
- 5+ years relevant pharma/biotech industry experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Training or Teaching-Related Experience, including experience with distance learning
