Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Telecommuting Financial Claims Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working within Claims in a process excellence capacity, as the contact for claims quality
- Working through some model office initiatives with each of the 5 claims teams
- Improving quality assurance management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 20% travel to Tampa and New York City
- Strong project management, organizational and communication and analysis skills and expertise in running process improvement projects in a complex organization
- Must have an ability to work independently and take initiative to keep a diverse slate of project participants on track with their deliverables
- It is also key that this consultant understand operational goals and targets rather than simply driving task management
- Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Webex, OMMs, project charters and project strategy
- Basic technology knowledge, data management and analysis experience as well as Business Requirement Document and procurement routines
