Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommuting Function Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implementing the region's case work (and case management when needed) program within a defined territory
  • Assuring mechanisms are in place for all partners in human services to work with RC and service clients
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to Disaster Program Managers and volunteers within defined territory

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and system
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience with social services or service/program delivery
  • Ability to interpret program trends, results, and related data to formulate recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability in creating presentations and developing training modules
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
