Job Summary

A research and analysis company has an open position for a Telecommuting Go to Market Operations Specialist in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing webinar execution from dry run to live event
  • Acting as the internal product expert for our webinars and webinar platform
  • Inputting key data into internal CRM system (Salesforce.com) to document client interaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with client-facing activities
  • Experience with all MS office applications and a CRM software (salesforce.com is ideal)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
