Job Summary
A health solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Healthcare Advisory Solutions Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams of subject matter experts
- Serving as supervisor for other members of consulting team on client engagements
- Supporting sales with subject matter expertise, content and materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA degree in business, industrial engineering, nursing or a health- related field required
- 6-12 years operations performance improvement experience with either a consulting firm (hospital/healthcare focus req.) and/or with a hospital/healthcare provider
- Project Management experience including creating work plans, budgets, managing budget to actual, and goal setting/benchmarks
- Supervisory experience in a matrixed project setting. Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Ability to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook
