An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Helpdesk support Level 2 in Louisville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling a variety of projects for various customers
  • Troubleshooting network print issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Candidate will have at least 3+ years experience IT support
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
  • Knowledge of Windows, mobile devices, Microsoft apps
  • Must have own reliable internet access
