Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Helpdesk support Level 2 in Louisville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling a variety of projects for various customers
- Troubleshooting network print issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Candidate will have at least 3+ years experience IT support
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
- Knowledge of Windows, mobile devices, Microsoft apps
- Must have own reliable internet access
