Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Information Technology Customer Support Agent.
Must be able to:
- Provide customer support for information technology issues
- Educate customers regarding technology matters
- Answer open requests from the company's support forum
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of coding HTML & CSS
- Have at least some jQuery scripting knowledge
- Strong knowledge of PHP & WordPress
- Previous use of Firebug, Chromes Debugging Console, Operas Dragonfly or a similar tool for web development
