Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Information Technology Customer Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customer support for information technology issues
  • Educate customers regarding technology matters
  • Answer open requests from the company's support forum

Position Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of coding HTML & CSS
  • Have at least some jQuery scripting knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of PHP & WordPress
  • Previous use of Firebug, Chromes Debugging Console, Operas Dragonfly or a similar tool for web development
