A nonprofit education organization is filling a position for a Telecommuting Instructional Leadership Development Director.

• Develop robust communication, promotion, engagement, and professional development plans
• Oversee the Instructional Leadership Priority cross-team's planning process

• Demonstrated passion for students and track record for ensuring outstanding academic achievement
• Bachelor's degree required
